About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MVP Rentals website at a799608.github.io/mvp-rentals-website/ and any short-term rental booking you make with us. By using the site or requesting a booking, you agree to these Terms. MVP Rentals is operated by Proper TTs LLC (Pennsylvania, EIN 39-4982848) at 502 W 7th St Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502.

Booking requests are not confirmations

Submitting the booking-request form sends us a request only. Your stay is confirmed once we have replied to confirm dates and you have completed payment via Venmo, Zelle, or another method we agree to in writing.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is collected outside this website. We will text or email you with payment instructions. Specific cancellation, refund, and damage-deposit terms are provided at the time of booking and form part of the agreement for your stay.

House rules

Each home has its own house rules — quiet hours, pet policies, parking limits, and similar. House rules are provided in your guest guide and are binding for the duration of your stay.

SMS messaging

• By providing your phone number on the booking-request form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional text messages from MVP Rentals about your stay.
• Messages are about logistics only — confirmations, check-in details, stay reminders, and similar. No marketing.
• Message frequency varies based on your stay events. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also email wm.m.morris@gmail.com to opt out.
• We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to misrepresent yourself, submit fraudulent booking requests, scrape content, or interfere with how the site runs. We may refuse or cancel any booking we believe is fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

The site and any booking are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP Rentals and Proper TTs LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your stay. Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking will not exceed the amount you paid us for that stay.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a booking will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
